Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. from our studio in South Florida. Orders are safely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Absolutely! Just type out your custom phrase when ordering. We’ll take care of the embroidery and send a preview if needed.

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right!

Most custom orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or for large orders, it may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
